Wayne, I might caution you to hold judgement on any decisions that may be in any way related to ABasiC. As Amiga BASIC, by Microsoft will be the bundled BASIC for the Amiga, I think that ABasiC will go the way of the DODO bird, as it should be. ABasiC, though fast and rather full featured, is extremely bug ridden and is encumbered with a line oriented editor that has dinosaur footprints all over it. The fact that the WAVE command doesn't work is no surprise to me, as there are many more things that either don't work or are implemented is strange unfathomable ways. One of the things that really bothers me about ABasiC is that the user memory space seems to be limited severely, as if it was written on an unexpanded 'skinny' MAC. Regards, Larry.
