I thought you might know the answer to this. In DL 15 I saw a file called
EchoEc.Arc. Its supposed to be a module for Soundscape. The "description"
stated that the icon worked. Not much of a desrciption, huh? Do you know what
it does? Thanks.

Sure. EchoEc.Arc is one of two programs which originated in "Writing a
SoundScape Module" by Todor Fay, creator of SoundScape, in V2N5 of Amazing
Computing.
ECHO takes a MIDI input even and echos that event back out after n
milliseconds. I forget exactly how many repeats it does… three, I think. It
is intended primarily as a demonstration, but it does work, and is useful in
some applications as it stands.

P.S. If I recall correctly, "the Icon works" is because the first version had
problems with fast memory; the uploader created a new file and re-upped it.
