I dont know if I'm doing something wrong, or something is wrong with the
clock in the computer? I set the time and date from cli like this, for
instence: date 22-nov-87 14:00:00 when after awhile I check it by using the
date command, it seems to be working alright. After I turn the computer off for
the night and turn it back on the next day, the time is always wrong. the date
is right but the time is always off by about 4 to five hours, depending I think
on how long I had it off. OH, if I use 14:00:00 or 02:00:00 for time the
computer will still display the time as "AM". Any suggestions?

Bruno,
After you set the date, you need to use the SETCLOCK OPT SAVE command
to store your values into the battery backed clock. Then when you re-boot the
computer, you need to use the SETCLOCK OPT LOAD command to read the battery
clock and set the system clock. This is best done in your startup-sequence.
If you don't set the date and time on boot up…the system will default
to the time of your latest write to a disk that is present in any of the drives
when you boot up.
