A few questions: 1. I understand that there is a new "colorimage" operator, similar to the "image" operator, but that supports full color. How do I get more information on how to use this operator? 2. Is this operator (colorimage) and setrgbcolor the "standard" ways of dealing with color now, or is there something else (other operators, etc.) that I need to know about? 3. Is there also a "colorimagemask" operator? 4. When will additional AFM files (for ALL the LaserWriter Plus fonts) be available in the IBM font DL? I need something I can download and unarchive easily – either plain text or ARC files; the Mac stuff (SIT files or whatever) won't do. 5. Are PPD files going to be made available here for downloading? Or are they already here somewhere (I couldn't find any). I am in the process of upgrading a commercial Amiga software product to support color PostScript printers like the ColorScript 100. Thanks in advance for any help!

For developer information/documentation you will need to call the Developer Support Department at (415)961-4111. There is a document called Color Extensions you might want to ask about. The font information in DL7 is at a bit of a stand still right now due to the Rev. 2 release of the IBM PC fonts. I am working with the technical staff to re-write all of the documentation and to prepare the new screen font files and installation materials for the Forum. I hope to have the AFM's available separately, but that won't be for quite some time. The PPD files are not available on the Forum currently. That is some- thing that is being discussed.

Ed, I can unSIT and unPIT things on my PC. If you like, send me a disk in Amiga format, and I'll open them up for you. What's a PPD file?
