Lori, We have version 1 of the fonts (plastic box, brown-black-turquoise
manual). However, we are returning all our fonts for upgrade today so we hope
the matter becomes academic to us. We also anticipate upgrading to version 2
of Ventura by the time the upgraded fonts arrive. We haven't called your tech
support line and won't unless we have probles with the upgraded fonts. –Mark

Good luck then with the new versions–it does seem odd though that
the problem only occurred with Optima. Well, like you said, hopefully
the matter will become academic!
