I haven't heard of a suit but that is not to say there isn't one. If there is, it's been hidden quite well from the press. Since both Atari and CBM are public companies the best way to get total sales info is to get ahold of their annual reports.

Doug…Lawsuits are usually reported in footnotes to the balance sheet. Have you checked there for CBM? -SJB
