Will someone please explain how to produce an animation with a "Zero Black"
background for keying in the studio. I am going out thru soft VTR to a JVC
SVHS deck (with TBC and TC gen.) I have used "Super Black" in 3DStudio but am
still having some problems.
Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

I've been getting by using the super black option and raising the ambient light
to 10-20. It's not the greatest, but it keys.
I'd love for there to be a way of generating negative black or being able to
uniformly raise the luminance of a scene.

Thanks for the tip.. I hope someone has a helpful idea. I'm just wondering
what the larger animation houses are doing to make a true Zero Black
background.
