"Debabelizer" is what you need. All good Mac software sources should have it.

Debabalizer if you're doing the conversion on a mac — I've used Adobe Premiere
running under windows to load fli\flc's and then saved them as quicktime files
and they've run just fine on macs. I'm not sure but I don't think the mac
version of Premiere takes flc's (though the new version takes numbered targa
series.)
