#A1950 Jitters!

I was also wondering if any fix has come out for the 1950 monitor? The
damn thing gets the one pixel jitters whenever I display a particularly
bright color, like white.
I have already tried to adjust the de-interlacer with the screw driver. I
did get the jitter problem reduced, but not completely eliminated. I
honestly do not know if the problem is the computer or the monitor.
I am tired of this 'jitter' problem. Perhaps it is time to give the 'Gold
Service' option a try?

I've had the same problem, but it seems to come and go, and has been gone
for quite a while.

I got so tired of the jitters, I had my local dealer order me one of those
NEC 3FGx monitors. My jitters are now gone and I've got nice crisp video
to boot! I HOPE someone comes out with a fix for the 1950!

My 1950 never has the jitters – never has, except for a minute or two
during bootup.

Dan, I haven't really been following this thread, but when I see 'jitters'
mentioned in the same breath with MultiSync monitors my mind immediately
says 'Lacer'.
I have a FlickerFixer with VGA monitor. Worked great until I also
purchased a FireCracker and hooked it upto a 1084 monitor. Then the VGA
display started jittering uncontrollably. I added Mike Berro's program
called 'Lacer' to my SS and everything works great now.
'Lacer' is a utility that puts the output always into interlace mode, even
when running non-interlaced screens. Essential for video work, and turns
out, also essential for some other things! Don't know if this helps, but I
thought I'd mention it. TTFN
