Let's be reasonable. Is it even shipping yet? First I've heard of it.
We do not yet have a Real Mode ADS library for Turbo C++. When we do, it
will probably work. Sorry, but I don't have any timeframe on it.
The fact that it now supports DPMI is not the thing. Whether or not it can
produce Protected Mode _executables_ (.EXP files) is. Even if Turbo C++
could produce .EXP files tomorrow, it would be months before we could
develop the ADS library and then test it.
David.
Yes it is shipping. I received my upgrade offer in the mail
Friday. But before I upgrade I would like to know if it will
work with Protected mode and Real Mode.
The name of the product has changed to Borland C++ 3.0.
Turbo C++ is a totally different compiler.
I don't know yet if it will produce .EXP files.
I will let you know if it does.
Thanks for the help.
