Brad, Anything you want to buy is only worth what you're willing to pay for it. Make an insultingly low offer and dicker from there. They know what they paid for it and they should have an idea how much it's worth. Since copies of AutoCAD don't lose their value over time; an upgrade will cost the same no matter how many versions you're skipping over, subtract what it will cost to upgrade the package to R11 from the cost of a new R11 package. Knock off about 15% and you'll have a pretty good starting point. Dennis

Brad, I don't think so. Like I said, a legit copy is worth every penny that was paid for it. If you get it for that much I'll be insanely jealous, it's worth almost 10 times that. Dennis P.S. These people gotta phone number<g>?
