Refer to page 136 of the R11 Reference manual (pg. 102 in R10) under
Control Codes and Special Characters. Also take a look at the README.DOC
file for notes on the international version and differences between R10 and
R11.

Are you attempting to add characters to an existing font or are you
looking for a way to use the existing `high' ascii charcters but find they
aren't available? The U.S. version of AutoCAD does not provide the `high'
ascii characters in their font (.SHP) files.
