I'm the guilty one, Bill. I have been on Compuserve for some time but until last week only watched, with great interest, the back and forth about our Street Atlas USA product. I jumped in last week in response to a statement regarding GPS connections to Street Atlas and our newer MapExpert CD. I have been at COMDEX for the last week and just got home last night. Someone, have his card but not at home, mentioned that you might be upset with my answer. I make no excuses for my action. Until recently someone else from our Company looked in on this forum. We will be back shortly with one of my tech support folks. About the deleted message, If I did it it was not intentional. I apologize to you and all on this thread who have taken the time to both defend and offer constructive criticism regarding Street Atlas. I would be happy to discuss the specific "data" issues with you Bill, and any others who wish to call (207-865-4171) or leave a message here. I do appreciate your detailing of the errors in the Indianapolis area. We continue to have an excellent repsonse to our product. COMDEX was extremely successful for us. Regards

All is forgiven…now, go fix Indiana! (Or at least the map version…I'll stay here and work on the real item.) <G> –Bill

Could I meekly chime in and volunteer that your MAPEXPERT product is super!!!! We are finding hundreds of uses and the only negative is a tendency on the part of the staff to use it as a game. We all agree it's a class act in design and execution. My congratualtions! phil

Thanks, Phil. This relatively new product (August) has been very well excepted by both Street Atlas users who have looked for increased functionality as well as businesses of all kinds who have put it to work for them as a productivity tool. Look for our World Atlas in the Spring. Regards
