I've had a Sanyo ROM-3001US CD-ROM drive for a few years now, and I'm finally going to try to get it installed in my system. It's an external SCSI drive, but I haven't been able to find any drivers for it. I'm using a DTP 4MB SCSI card, and am ordering the Corel SCSI drivers for a tape backup unit I aslo have. Will the Corel drivers have anything for this drive? Am I wasting my time with it? It has a 32Kb buffer, and .5 sec access time, so it's slow, but what the heck, it was free. I'd appreciate any comments!

Patrick: Corel does provide a number of drivers for different CDROM vendors, but you'll have to ask about an older model. Check with Corel directly, or contact them on CIS at GO COREL. Rich Bowers
