InterChange Plus version 3.0 shipped this week. All orders will have
been shipped via US Post, UPS or Air Mail by Monday November 15.
InterChange Plus v3.0 includes Wavefront, AutoCAD DXF and 3D Studio
Converters, plus a total of more than (whoops) plus a total of 72
InterFonts, a new look for the interface, and a full ARexx interface
for automatically controlling conversions.
Is there an upgrade policy for those of us with earlier versions?

Yes, of course. Upgrades from v1.x are $75. Upgrades from
InterChange Plus v2.x are $50. Call (414) 674-5200 for more info. We
do sent notice of the upgrades to people who've registered their
software. We sent out a flyer in late July. Did you receive it?
I don't recall the flyer, though I did receive the one for the CD-ROM.

Well, the inside two pages describe ICP v3.0.
Now *that* I recall, though why I didn't think to upgrade at the time
escapes me.

Hi John, The news about InterChange Plus V3.0 is exciting. DXF and 3D Studio
built in terrific. Can you tell me what the suggested retail price is. Also,
if I may, I had heard from the people supporting Real 3D that you will be
doing a converter for their format. Has anything developed along that front?

The retail price of InterChange Plus v3.0 is $199.95. (This is an
increase from $99.95 for v2.0.) We do hope to support Real 3D in the
future. They have sent us the documentation for their format, but
they haven't sent the copy of the program that they promised, so we
can't do anything about it yet.
