I have a 4000 frame flc that I need rendered and put on
tape…quickly. Anybody know where this service exists, and the
price? I've heard service companies charge a dollar amount per
frame. I'm just looking for a good estimate.

I can output your file to HI-8 tape (1st generation).
The charge would be $5.00 per second.
