#Ethernet terminals

I have the commodore ethernet board and the TCP/IP networking software
hooking me into a unix network. Everything is working fine except the
terminal program for doing logins to the unix machines only support a
few terminal types and the vt100 is not even close to full
emulation. Ant one out there know where I can get a better terminal
emulator for my ethernet connection? Thanks Dan the networking man
Wrong question. You don't want better terminal emulation.
You want to use rlogin, which is native Amiga terminal. But you want to
add a termcap entry on the Unix box for the Amiga. Your TCP/IP software
should come with that termcap entry and an explanation.

I might add that even I (Unix maroon 1st class) was able to add the
RLamiga termcap to a Unix system at my business and it works perfectly. As
for RloginVT…. um well….I don't use it.

Do you happen to know what's happened to CBM's TCP/IP product? Months ago
before the RIF, it had slim support. Has it dropped to zero, and is this one
of those products they're going to turn over to outsiders for further
development?
(I know, you don't work there any more.)
My understanding is that Commodore is licensing or will license bin and
src to AS225 for third-party support and distribution.
