Yo,
I'm experiencing some problems using a Nec Multispin CD-Rom drive on my
network.
I'm using a AdapTec 1542b SCSI-card.
Corel SCSI software.
Nec Multispin CD-ROM
NetWare 3.11
Problem: Some directories on several CD's are not accessible.
I get the message: Drive not Ready.
Now I've got also an old CD-ROM player directly on my personel Workstation
(Laser Magnetic Storage CM 121),
When I use the same CD: No problemo.
Does anybody know if there's a limit to the size of the CD to be played in the
NEC Multispin? Or am I just not using the right settings on the LAN.

If you read the posted apology you will understand the tardiness of my
response.
Try downloading the file UNIV.EXE from our BBS 2 613-728-4752 @ 9600,8,n,1.
The password is taxes. Some full CD ROMs may be a problem. Current shipping
version have this fix. (SCSI Pro and 1.2b)
