CorelSCSI Pro has been repackaged as two products. The DOS, OS/2, and Windows
portion has become (with many enhancements added) CorelSCSI version 2.0. The
Netware Portion as advertising already states has been bundled with RAID to
form a product called Network Manager.
The upgrade price from CorelSCSI version 1.0-1.2b to CorelSCSI version is $79.
We feel that this is a just and fair price based on the amount of power and
flexibility that CorelSCSI offers to new and upgrading users. There have been
some questions raised as to why the upgrade is so expensive. With this
explanation I hope questions have been put to rest….If not, well then that
what I'm here for <grin>.

You should probably use the CIS utility to put your own name up there
instead of Bryan's!
The upgrade's all well and good, but as of today Corel wouldn't even take
an order for it!

If you read the posted apology you will understand the tardiness of my
response.
I was talking with management for CS yesterday. They are taking order @
1-800-836-7274. As for a unique identity, I finally have my own name and
account. <grin>….The dreaded paper trail slowed it down….Thanks for the
info though.

Well, glad to see you coming on as you, but as of last Thursday the number
you gave me refused to take orders for SCSI 2.0 and flatly stated that no
orders would be accepted for it until at least next week.
Not a great coordinated effort with marketing again (you all trying to
emulate Draw4's inglorious record?). Full page ads in PC WEEK, INFOWORLD, now
BYTE and who knows where else, and the number tells folks they won't even take
backorders….
Hopefully this all will be straightened out by Monday when everybody
struggles back from Comdex. Of course, since COMDEX had 175,000 registrants for
at least a short period, some people may still be trying to get out of Vegas
when the NEXT Comdex rolls around….
