I have received the revision B patch. The problem is this. I was able to run Corel 4.0 from CD for approx 2 weeks. I never tried to install from floppy disk to hard drive. After printing errors, UAE's, export to GIF failures of files that exported to gif in version 3.0, etc… I decided to return to version 3.0. I reported my problems here and you sent patch B in CD and disk format. After receiving the Patch B I tried to re-install version 4.0 and got the missing setup.ini, after ignoring the problem 57 time "set-up2" failed. I then tried to install from CD to the hard drive "setup" failed this time. I decided to try my original floppies only to find that they are defective also (specifically disk #2 has 2 damaged files). Since I have never been able to get past disk #2 I have no idea how the rest of the disks are. I went back to the original version 4.0 CD and find that I cannot complete installation with it now? I get Could not Open the file named: S:\FONTS\TTF\Z\TT0017M_.TTF Could not open the file named: S:\REDIST\COMPOBJ.DLL Could not open the file named: S:\trace\coreltrc.hdr S:\RESIT\SETUP2.INF My Corel version 3.0 continues to run reliably from CD without mishap. I requested a fix 2 weeks ago for the B patch CD not knowing that I did not have a working floppy version. As of today I have not received a version 4.0 Patch B FIX nor do I have a working version of 4.0 in any format after 3 months and $260. I need new disks and a CD for version 4.0 that work. NOW! Send a complete set of all disks 5 1/4" HD and CD that WILL work via courier. I am not your bank. I did not agree to finance your product development and beta test it. At my hourly rates you would already owe me a couple thousand. If you can't make ver 4.0 work we need to talk about a refund. My serial number is on record.
