If CVP is scheduled to ship on 11/22, then why was my AMEX charged for it on
10/28????????? It used to be that when I ordered from Corel I NEVER had to
worry about being charged before the product was shipped, but now I have been
charged for a program a month prior to its current announced (?) release date!
This really points up Corel's departure from what used to be (IMHO) the
industry's most customer oriented service.
Anyway, since the damage has been done, I fully expect to see a FEDEX package
arrive on 11/23 (or earlier) with my brand new CVP CDs!!!!!

As I cannot guarantee delivery for you on Nov. 23, I would be more than happy
to credit your account The product was supposed to have shipped sooner but has
undergone some re-packaging..
Kindly post the credit card number charged, in my PRIVATE mailbox and I will
see that you are credited within 24 hours. I will then re-charge your card on
Nov. 22.
