I got a load of fonts with the CD-ROM version of Corel Draw. One of them
(Nebraska) is quite a nice alternative to the windows 'Times New Roman', and I
would like all of the users on our 50 user network to use it. Whats the score
with font copying – I don't want to get a 50 user copy of Corel just for one
font.

I'm sure that the tech reps will forward your question to Customer
Service who should be able to answer your question from Corel's point of view,
but here's something to think about.
Industry standard licensing for fonts (read Adobe here) allows you to
use the font on two _output devices_, i.e. printers. It matters not what
screen fonts you use.
Corel has a different story, however. Draw! does not download fonts,
just outlines–so it would take an individual copy of Draw! (or a network copy)
for each user to access the fonts with Draw! Draw! also provides for the
pre-downloading of fonts to the printer. This would allow you to make the
fonts resident in the printer–theoretically giving you access to them from
every computer on the net.
Depending on how you have the network setup, I would think that as long
as you are running a network version of 3.0, you could make the fonts printer
resident and therefor accessible by other programs on the net. Of course if
you have other users of Draw! on the net they should be licensed.
