Help!
I finnally got DIGITGA to work from the command line. (For some reason my
controller had the wrong driver or it was corrupted. I have an Animmax 2.)
Then I set DIGISET and made a batch file as follows.
@CALL DIGITGA
This was put in the first line of the Video Post (3ds R3) and the next line was
diplaying that file as a background. Nothing! 3DS said it called the
external process, but the VTR did nothing, and no background. This worked in
R2 I thought. Is there something that I am missing or a problem in R3? 🙁

Just so you know, I've had a similar problem with my ATVista and the
VLAN digitizing software. Like you I thought it worked in R2, but now I
can't seem to get it to work in either version. My guess is we should be
talking to Videomedia (Larry Rask 72056,1316) since it appears that 3ds
Video Post calls the digitizing program correctly. Please let me know if
you find out anything about this, my workaround is extremely crude and
slow.

After playing around till 3:00am, I finally decided to try downloading the
drivers for my 7750 to the vlan again. It worked. For some reason, the
drivers had been changed. (It worked OK when I used OZ for editing though.)
I also found that instead of calling a batch file as I had done in R2, you can
just call the DIGITGA.EXE directly in videopost. More elegant than before.
I still would like to know how the vlan driver was corrupted though.

Are you still having problems with rotoscoping? I have not tested it
with release 3 Video Post, but I didn't anticipate any problems. The
key is that you have the digitga.exe and digiset.ini file in the maps
or images directory, otherwise it won't perform the grab. Let me
know.

Hi. I've been a little busy. I have a new version for you (and other beta
sites if they want). A couple of bugs have been fixed. I don't know if they
all relate to the problems you were having. Try it out anyway. Use the offset
to make sure all of the frames get displayed in time. The version numbe
ttga_1d.

Figured it out. For some unkown reason my V-Lan Receiver had the wrong or
messed up drivers. I downloaded the drivers for my 7750 and it worked.
(Strange since I haven't downloaded any new driver to them since installed, and
Oz seemed to work fine. Rotoscoping was the only problem.)
