To sysop I still use my Amiga-2000 with Wb-1.3 and just bought a stylus-800+
printer, not knowing there are no drivers for it! The manual says to use
sq870/1170, lq870/1170, lq570/1070, lq100 drivers as alternatives to the
stylus800+ driver. I've downloaded an AmigaDOS-bin driver from the library but
it does nothing. Where can I find any of the above drivers? Any help will be
sincerely appreciated. Thanks,
Was the driver You downloaded the file STYLUS.LHA from Sec. 12? This works fine
with my Stylus Color, it is a Stylus 800 Driver. I only tested this one to see
how fast it is since I use Studio II which gives You a great output. However if
the driver does not work You made sth. wrong in the printerpreferences. Maybe
You selected the wrong driver. Or the driver is not 1.3 compatible (there is no
docfile which lists the requirements).

Hmm, if you can't live with the PD Stylus driver… I haven't seen any other
ESC/P2 PD driver and you have to start looking for a commercial driver. Good
drivers for the Stylus 800+ or the printer emulations you listed are available
to KS 2.04 (and higher) users only (try "CAN300.LZH" if you got KS2.04).
