If I understand your question properly, you are referring to
the 2 line comment field at the bottom of the invoices…right? In
that case, there is no way to set a default comment so it appears
each time you bring a new invoice up. You could memorize a skeleton
invoice with only that information at the bottom, but you'd still
have to select the memorized invoice from a listing of invoices.
