It is said that Warp improves the <2.1 speed, but I must say I haven't
noticed anything better!

Seriously, I also have to say that CDRom edition of Warp failed (msg was
"User error"!) during the installation on my home computer (DX2-66 4Megs,
504MegIDE, SB16 & Panasonic 563 CDRom), and I've struggled 8 hours before
giving up, and _manually_ removing very file that OS2 put on my drive…
Some files actually can't be removed, be it via DOS, Windows, PCTools…
I'll wait for Windows95 now, then wait for OS/2 HyperSpace, then… I'd
really appreciate someone who could bring the Amiga back on our desks…

Forget running Warp with 4mb. The OS may run, but many applications won't, and
those that will are dog slow. 16mb is a minimum for comfort.
I had OS2.1 install on floppies. About the 6th disk into it I got an
unreadable disk error. What a pain. Finally got a replacement disk. I too
was tempted to remove because nothing runs on it and it's taking up
valuable resources, but I found a very usable terminal program for it.
Like I say, I still have an A1200 sitting right next to it.
