Yep, Newton (or Apple printer cable) to RS232. Apple had a bundle with my
Newton that had the offer for the cable. It's about 16 bucks otherwise. As
for my Amiga, I (ahem!) don't actually own one anymore. I'm just hanging
around because I still have one friend whom I support (he lives in an Amigaless
area) and I'm still interested in the machine. So no, I don't know of any
software that would allow you to connect with a Newton from an Amiga.
You can buy it from Apple direct. I don't remember their sales number, but I
know that you can call 800-SOS-APPL and get info there.

BLASPHEMY! (Just kidding. We Amiga users have to maintain our cult image.
<g>) What I may do is convince my brother, a clone owner, to get a Newton and
connectivity kit. Then I'll leach it off him.
