There are many ways. It depends on why quality you want. The easies
way is to get a small box that converts your VGA signal to a video
signal while you play a FLC on the computer. -David

YOu can do it with an add-in card. These ten to fall into two categories:
cheap ($200) and crappy, and good and expensive ($800-$1200).
Depending on what it is, how big, etc., you can also use a service bureau — a
company whose sole purpose is to take stuff from your computer and produce
prints, films, etc. There are lots of them about.
