#Animated .GIF files..?

All: How do I create animated .GIF images. I know it can be done, I've seen a couple around, I just wanted to know if there is a shareware program around that can creat 'em. I have corel 5, I don't know if that can do it. Thanks… Louis

Louis, Thanks for asking! Check with Bob Berry at 76555,167; I think his "CompuMake Tools" will do the trick for you.

Good question. Don't know any program that does it. But the other problem is to find a viewer that supports animated GIFs. -David

David, At GO GRAPHSUP (Lib 3, Graphics Viewers) are several choices for GIF decoders that support animated GIFs. For DOS, try CSHOW or VPIC; for Windows try VIDVUE. -lawrence

Dave, All viewers can view animated .GIF files. It uses a batch file to execute. Louis
