#Seperate AVIs

Hello… I'm hoping someone can steer me in the right direction here. I'm looking for a utility that can take an AVI or Quicktime for Windows file and seperate it into individual frames that I could then open and manipulate in a paint program. If such a program could then reassemble them… so much the better. Anybody know anything like that here in the libs?

There is an inexpesive graphics software that can 1) extract frames from AVI and FLI/FLC files, 2) edit them individually or as a group, and 3) save them back as an AVI file. The name of the software is Color Wheel. Call Pacific Gold Coast at 1-800-732-3002 or you can get it from Software Etc., CompUSA.

What I really want to do is rotoscope over the individual frames and make a new "painted" animation based on original AVI (video) footage.

I think it's in the WINMM forum with the name AVICLP.ZIP
