#IK and Materials library
2 messages in this thread
Steve, I'm sorry I wasn't more clear. I have read all the file descriptions in
the Hash library and downloaded many. I am trying to use inverse kinematics to
animate BOB in AM. I was hoping to see an animation where BOB is doing
something. He flops around all over the place when I try to control him. Is
there a good animation of BOB that uses IK only. Most of the animations in your
library are obviously done with spline motion, morphing and skeletal motion.
None of the file descriptions say "inverse kinematics".
I also would like to see an image that uses the materials–combine
attributes, checker, noise etc. in color….maybe a series of lab series of
balls with labels, but in color. The book's examples are black and white. What
if I want to make a particular material? Where should I start? There are
examples–so now I have to spend hours experimenting bl experimenting blindly
with all kinds of parameters. Help!!!most materials are not made of wood grain
or marble. Best wishes, Sanford
Unfortunately, at this time stuff like that has to come from other users work,
so they have to upload it to the library…. we gave away everything we could
royalty free as tutorial objects with the program….we have a big project we
are working on now and when it's done all the models will also be available
since Hash did the work, but for now…users! Let's start uploading!
