I keep getting an application error in module <unknown> when I try to delete control points in sculpture. Usually the address is IIgI4297:995DWIN386. I am running Windows version 2 of AM on a Pentium 66 with 24 MB ram. Any thoughts? Charlie

I am also experiencing a very constant GPF in RENDER in 5434H.DRV (video driver for Diamond SpeedStar64) at 0002:0215. I suspect the video driver since it doesn't happen in plain VGA, but plain VGA is ugly and doesnt give accurate previes of 256 color bitmaps. I was wondering if you had any Ideas on that, too. thanx Charlie

Unfortunately, It is a video driver error , call Diamond and let them know, I don't think they have a fix yet but they are working on it…. Steve, Hash Inc.

<<Unfortunately, It is a video driver error , call Diamond and let them know, I don't think they have a fix yet but they are working on it….>> I already did. In the interim, I have brushed the dust of my "old" 486 with a card from STB. I woudl not be opposed to replacing the Diamond card with something more stable. Is there a card out there that works flawlessly with your stuff? What do YOU use? I'm not against throwing money at a problem <g> Charlie

We use Diamond Speedstar Pros ISA or VLB (110.00), Diamond Vipers VLB or PCI (365.00) with NO problems at all…. (not the Viper64 unfortunately) and we've had reasonably good luck with ATI Graphics Ultra Pro Turbo 64 bit PCI but they are REALLY expensive (1200.00 about) 2MB and 4MB versions (we've still had to get driver updates from ATI but they are good about working with us…) Steve, Hash Inc.
