What are the differences between L/T and Imagine Pro? Also, what animation features are included in Imagine L/T? When is L/T shipping? Loyd Case

The only main differences are: No states, bones, constraints, no Cycle editor, no Kinnematics. THere are a few things which new users will find valuable, such as a properties requester so you dont have to fiddle with making the object set up to look like certain things, ie, click on GOLD and you get gold. Also it is for the PC only and you need a CDROM to use the code, there are several animations, images and objects included as well. Mike

I missed the start of this thread. I presume this is a 'lite' version of impulse? What's the retail? ..mark

Mark, November issue of Digital Video Magazine apparently shipped early <g>. There is an add from Impulse describing Imagine Lite. It comes on a CD, for the PC platforms, with sample objects, tutorials, and animations. I haven't seen the add, but last I was told it's retail is $99. Imagine L/T has some power features like STATES, BONES, & CONSTRAINTS disabled. It also has a few new user buttons for quick attribute settings, ie: GOLD, CHROME, etc. It also offers an upgrade path to the full version of Imagine. -GreG
