It will not ship this year, as far as I know. I don't believe there has been a public mention of a shipdate yet.

Hi Nick. I am trying to get on the Animator Studio Beta forum. We are an official Beta site(Sierra On-Line) and I am not sure how to get on. Ideas??? Thanks Jon Bock

Jon, I am not aware of a BETA forum being set up for AASTUDIO yet. However the best thing to do is contact your BETA site coordinator.
