Hi Brian; Really enjoyed the japanese dinner with you tonight. Sushi was excellent. Looking forward to doing Team Frog with you tomorrow at the Autodesk Animator Studio booth. BTW, nice job in Planet Studio. -dave

/* I am laying out my Team Frog T-Shirt right now. See on the Show floor. */ Here's some ASCII music to go with it: "… hello mah baby, hello muh honey, hello muh ragtime gaaAAalll, send me a kiss bah wiiIireee, baby mah hearts on fiIiree…" We actually got a compliment on "the look". Amazing. -dave

Dave, Without seeing the shirt…. and having absolutely no idea what it looks like… the word "Frog" and the ASCII music you've provided have evoked images of a Leon Redbone album featuring a Warner Brothers cartoon character that at one time graced the coffee table near where my turntable used to be. The frog had a cane and tophat and I think it sang that song. I guess the tie to Redbone might be that he was the original voice? So, is our beloved SysOp also a member of the Toxic Avengers? /* Without seeing the shirt…. and having absolutely no idea what it looks like… the word "Frog" and the ASCII music you've provided have evoked images of a Leon Redbone album featuring a Warner Brothers cartoon character that at one time graced the coffee table near where my turntable used to be. */ That's the one. 🙂 <ribbit> /* The frog had a cane and tophat and I think it sang that song. I guess the tie to Redbone might be that he was the original voice? */ Yep. /* So, is our beloved SysOp also a member of the Toxic Avengers? */ Don't think so. Brian Rudolph and I were meandering through Caeser's Forum the night before last and I was so frustrated with the polo-yacht-club shirts we had that I made a proposition to Brian that if he picked out a warner brothers character shirt and wear it the last day, I'd pick it up for him. As it turned out, he liked this character (the frog) too, so we both because "Team Frog" for the day. <g> The cartoon that introduced the character is one of my all time favorites, and I'm partial to frogs to begin with, soooo…. -dave

<</* So, is our beloved SysOp also a member of the Toxic Avengers? */>> Now, The only Toxic Avenger I remembr is the little wimpy guy who falls into a vat of nuclear waste, and becomes the Toxic Avenger. Strong, powerful, bubbly skin and ugly as sin. Of course, he gets this beautiful girl by the end of movie, naturally. Demonstrating once and for all how the weak and nerdy can triumph. -Brian

/* Now, The only Toxic Avenger I remembr is the little wimpy guy who falls into a vat of nuclear waste, and becomes the Toxic Avenger. Strong, powerful, bubbly */ I remember this guy. He was at the Microsoft NT booth at Comdex. <g> Hey dude, I'll be over in your neck of the hemisphere around December 4-7 for an Autodesk corporate meeting. Wanna introduce me to _your_ favorite sushi spot (the one you mentioned at Mikado) while I'm there some evening? Let me know soon though as I hate leaving evenings empty. -dave

Sounds good. Any weeknight. Why not contact a few other people and make a small party out of it. -b

/* Sounds good. Any weeknight. Why not contact a few other people and make a small party out of it. */ I'll be staying at the Embassy Suites (as usual), right there across from Autodesk. Maybe I should pop up there and check out your "new" (still haven't seen the relocation office) work pad. Let me know if I need to rent a car too… I have no idea where you live and close it is to work. -dave

Well, your probably here. If you log in and get this, stop by. Just ask anyone where we are located. It is in the big building on the top of the hill. -B
