You wish to determine what a doctor can charge for his/her services.
You're unwilling to let them decide how much their time/effort are worth.
Sounds like slavery to me.
I don't see you volunteering to pay for these things you deem
neccessary, only to tax everyone for YOUR perceived 'better for all'
