Tom, I received the tape and got a chance to see it this week. Very well done and impressive. I was hoping to get a chance to compare it with the new TPaint, but the system the dealer had was not working very well. I am not that knowledgeable with all of the different paint programs, so maybe you can help me with this question. There is a Lightwave training tape that talks about playing back animation HAMM files using DPaint. I know nothing about DPaint, but someone else told me that it also allows you to do single frame cell animation. Does Alpha Paint offer simular features? Fred

Hi, Thanks for the kind words. Alpha Paint offers tools even the new ToasterPaint 4.0 does not have. Realtime 24-bit painting directly on the output, 12-bit Alpha Channel for special effects and video-on-video FX, and on and on and on….Alpha Paint offers many tools but 1.0 does not offer Animation, we are looking into this, as well as other features, for a 2.0 release. We welcome input put from all Toaster users. On your othe rmatter, Perhaps Frank or Gary could answer your HAM question better than I. We will be at the VTU Toaster Expoin LA Dec. 14,15 stop-by! All The Best, Tom Patrick
