I'm sending faxes to contact NewTeks Tech Support with no success.
Can somebody tell me their fax number?
I need to contact them for a matter related with creating final files in
6.000 by 6.000 points. The file always appears truncated. I read something
about the new LW contiguos buffer in an Jhon Gross article, but I have
64MB of RAM, I think that's enough to save the file.
Any suggestions?

Last time I faxed to them the number was 1-913-228-8001….that was six months
ago.

To render an image of that size with LW 3.5 I think you'll need atleast
110 megs ram just to hold the frame buffer.
Hieght X Width X 3 or 4 depending on the color space is a good general
rule for calculating image size.
Seems kinda rediculous that one of LW 3.5s coolest new features is also
its biggest gripe.

The fax numbthatis 1-800-231-0151, and that's supposed to work outside the U.S
That's for tech support. The main office fax is 1-913-231-0101.
