No, a standard 30 frame would be fine.

Look at TCWIND.ARC in DL16 (when it gets posted). Would it be useful to you if it could read longitudinal time code? I would be honored to have you beta (or alpha, or whatever) test such a version if I decide to go ahead with it. —Mike
