MVP Forth is available (and it's also public domain). It is available for downloading on another service (minus the Amiga specific docs).

MVP Forth is real slow. Glenn Tenney (the author) whipped it up just to allow people to "play". There is very little support for the Amiga goodies, though there are "hooks" in there for some of them.
