Since you mentioned it, how is Key to C? Is it worth buying if you have example
programs from the various public domain programs?

I really couldn't tell you how Key To C is because I have yet to convert
all the object code to Aztec instead of Lattice (which isn't real hard since
ALL source is included, just time consuming) but I can't get my lb utility
(librarian) to work. It will create a library, but it won't add, move, or
delete modules (sounds pretty pathetic doesn't it?). I suppose using Lattice
they would be great. The code looks solid and runs well when I #include the
source file, but this seems to be a waste of compile time. If you own a Lattice
compiler, I would say it would be worthwhile. If you own Aztec and am in the
same situation as I am…hold off. I suppose I should have tested lb when I
bought Aztec, but I didn't have a need for it until just recently.

p.s. Does anyone else's lb work, or am I just insane???
I'm not ready to answer those questions. I'm just trying to start learning
with Lattice's slow compiler/linker.
When I looked at "Key To C", what struck me the most was that it had many
examples that were already included in many PD programs, and that many of the
examples were already implemented in the compilers themselves. There were a few
nice things in it that would be worth having though. I think the price should
be a tad less for this product, but you might want to get more information from
them before you decide.
