Does Music Studio use the IFF format when saving to the disk. If it does, will
the files work with Deluxe Video?

Nope, from all I've learned Music Studio files are not standard Anything.
There's been rumors of: 1) an update to Music Studio, and 2) a public domain
program to convert. Never actually seen either…but if you or anyone else does
I'm exteremely interested.

Thanks for your quick reply. Amigaworld indicated that Auto Light Inc. was
supposed to be writing the public domain program. I guess by your comments that
that program is not on Compuserve. Too Bad! I hope one does come out soon.

The rumor (actually an article in Commodore Magazine, I think) was that the PD
program would allow MS to use Sampled Sounds, as well as read IFF progs.
Nothing was said about writing IFF. It would be difficult at best to write IFF
from MS anyway.
