MS2SMUS almost certainly will NOT work with the old Musicraft files… But there has simply got to be a program to do it… It has already been done! (I think… Unless Musicraft was able to load old format and write IFF format?) –>Steve Bennett P.S. I don't know for certain, but don't be too surprised if Sonix doesn't support the old musicraft format… Since the old Musicraft was never released, then nobody should have it, therefore nobody should have any files in the old format. See? <grin>

Steve, I believe conversion from old to new MusiCraft formats was done with a crippled version of MusiCraft that was compiled with the load routines for the old format and the save routines for SMUS, and all the actual music hacked out. Where can you get that hacked MusiCraft? Dunno… – Bela

Steve, The reason why is that I have files that support the .SMUS for Musicraft which were loaded up to one of the DL awhile back. To which they were used V1.0 and I have V0.99 and some of the songs and instruments I would like to use in DMUSIC. Unless Sonix will support the old files. If not I will have fun doing alot of songs within the coming months to upload, I hope <grin>.
