Actually, I like the rumors column. Besides, rumors columns are part of the
business, so to other developers I say if you can't stand the heat then stay
out of the kitchen.

Well, to be truthful about it, I don't mind *responsible* rumors columns.
For example, a rumor column that might let it slip that XYZ product is
coming out from ABC company. However, some of the things I've seen
recently are either totally irresponisble and very inaccurate, or just
trying to be controversial to stir up trouble.
