Am glad you are working on the updated modules… if you want opionions from those of us on the `working front', the Silver 3.0 module would be first, as we are dead in our tracks transferring Silver 3.0 files to other formats. You can always load Vid3D as text, and figure out Sculpt heirarchies, but the Silver transfer (From Silver) is a real pain. Yes, I've seen, and used TERRAIN. Wonderful… except it generates Silver 3.0 files, and these cannot be transferred to Sculpt, etc, (until you are done…) I will let the fellow know and let him take it from there re another landscape generator. It just seemed that a land generator would be a natural for you… you do such USEFUL stuff… –jp–

John – Sorry to butt in but Terrain generates our 2.0 file format not the 3.0 flavor. Terrain was available prior to 3.0 being shipped. Though I haven't tried it objects from Terrain should be able to be "Interchanged" to SC3D or VS3D. <–Stan

Stan, thanks for butting in… I checked and you are RIGHT, and I am WRONG about Terrain (natch, since you wrote it…) I suspect that when I tried it earlier, I saved the Terrain as a Silver CELL, rather than as an object… oh well, live and learn… thanks… –jp–
