I finally got my confirmation that I have been accepted as a Certified Developer by Commodore Canada. How do I go about ordering hardware and more specifically AmigaDOS 2.0? The information I recieved mentioned nothing about this. I'm going to give Alex Orgill a call tomorrow, but with WOC in Toronto I'm not sure he'll be too available. I figured I might find someone prowling around here that may know. Kevin Ushko Edmonton, Alberta

Kevin, You should receive the information you need when you receive your paperwork back confirming the certification. At least that's the way it's done here (US). Don

Thanks Don, I thought I maybe should have recieved a little more than I did. I didn't have time to call Alex(Canadian Developer Rep) today. I will tomorrow though. He sent me all the back issues of AmigaMail, my developer id number, and a bunch of other stuff. Just nothing about purchasing things from Commodore. Kevin Ushko Edmonton, Alberta

Kevi;n, Since Alex is extremely busy with the World of Amiga show (or is it still World of Commodore) in Toronto this weekend, it is entirely possible that you may not reach him before next week. I know that he was deeply involved in the planning and execution of this show. Betty

Kevin, Give Alex a call next week – he will be able to help you out. Though, be warned, he is a pretty busy person. I usually fax him or send mail to alex@cbmtor. – a fellow Canuck Developer

Thanks Julius, I know how busy he is. I think I called him about 12 times in the last two months trying to get my application and have it approved. I called him today, but guess what? He's at WOC. Wish I could have made it! The funny thing is that he sent me a big box of stuff, and I haven't even paid yet!! I just sent the application and assumed they would approve it and then I would send a check. Kevin Ushko Edmonton, Alberta

Julius, well hiya stranger! I haven't seen your messages since the days of Atari! Just for the record (and to let me spread a little gossip 🙂 what are you doing these days? Blaq!

Record? Gossip? "No comment!" 🙂 Seriously, DynaCADD for the Amiga is what I've been up to these days. Response to it has been terrific. And the best part is, it's 99.9% done! Now off to WOC… 🙂
