Now that it's been announced for about a month, I was wondering if anyone
has ordered Avant-Gardes' Modula-2 book.
It is supposed to be available with an example disk, and given it's $60
price and offer expiring 12/31, I'd be interested in any objective
feedback.

I sent in an order about a week and a half ago. I haven't received
anything yet. In the past, Avant-Guard has been very good about replying
in a resonable time.
