SIMPLE BBS!

Can anyone suggest the following:
A simple BBS (accent on the word "simple") that will upload/download files,
maybe have a CHAT mode and have the ability to leave the Sysop messages.
Nothing fancy. Even an ARexx shell for Baud Bandit (not the 200+K monster
found here on CIS!). It would look something like this:
Name: (user name here) Password: (one password for the entire system)
Operation: Download Upload Message Files Chat Goodbye
Protocal: Xmodem, Ymodem, Zmodem (etc.)
Something, no, EXACTLY like the Procomm Host mode on the PC.

just scanned my Fish library and came up with the following:
Fish 444 : EliteBBS – X,Y & Z transfers, message base, mail etc…
Fish 402 : PLW – Phone Line Watcher – messages, Z transfers, call logging
Fish 374 : SoftSpan BBS – dunno !
Fish 247 : RemoteLogin – basic remote access with password protection.

Thanks! PLW (FF402) and RemoteLogin (FF247) sound like they might do the
trick. However, I don't have anyway of getting access to Fred Fish disks.
Anyway that you could upload them here to CIS or even email them to me?

Gary, look in Library 5. I just looked and found:
PLW.LZH 5 53K 11-30-90 Call your Amiga and use it from remote phone
I didn't see RemoteLogin, but I may have used the wrong keywords. If you
need it, I can upload it. I have all the Fish disks.

I use PLW on my 2000 and it works great.
On my 3000, it does everything but UpLoad and Download. the Zmodem just
sits there.
This is referring to calling up to the above machines.
There is also SerServer (I'm not sure where I got it, but I can upload it)
and MicroHost1.3 (good minni BBS)

I plugged PLW in and find that it is PRECISELY what I'm looking for! YEA!
Too bad there's no local mode (that I know of). I had to test it from my
beat up old Atarti ST (eek!). Seems to work fine though. Have to get
someone to call up now!:)
Tried MicroHost. Seems okay, but it gets gibberish when I type in the
password and won't log on. Could be CONMAN? I dunno'. Heard of SerServer
but don't know anything about it. Any good?
