Hello,
Just writing to find out the status of my Quaterback upgrade. On Nov.
4th I mailed to you my original Quarterback disk and a check for the
upgrade, but haven't heard from you yet. I hope its in the mail.

You Quarterback is going out today. We've been struggling to get ProWrite
upgrades out and now have had a chance to get the CCS upgrades out. Sorry
for the wait.

Mark: I recently purchased used copy's of Quarterback and Quarterback Tools
that someone was selling here on CompuServe. They are the original disks,
but he has already sent in the registration cards. I was wondering if I
could get the disks updated?

Updating is fairly painless. Quarterback Tools can be upgraded by just
sending us your original disk. The upgrade to the current version, 1.5, is
free. The upgrade to Quarterback depends on what version it is. If it is
version 4.x then the upgrade to 4.3 is free, you just have to send us the
original disk. If the version is not 4.x, then give me the version and
I'll give you the fee. The address is

Mark: (Yes, if you are wondering, it's me – the guy whose been going back
and forth with you about the colors in ProWrite, but I'm here for a
different problem…) I'm a little behind the times. I just checked and
found that I have version 2.2 of QuarterBack. Since I just upgraded to WB
2.04 I wanted to do some backups, but the docs suggest that I may be sorry.
I got the address for the upgrade from another message here, but what would
be my cost for 2.2 to the latest?

I've read your announcment about the upgrade of QB. But what's about your
cu customers in Europe? Last time (before you bought CCS) I got a postcard
that a new version has become available, how's about now?
