Hello, first a repeat of a question I asked a couple of months ago,What do I do to upgrade my version of Pen Pal and how much does it cost.(will do so via Fedex both ways- have a Fedex account) Secondly, I am using HP-Paintjet Z-Fold Metric sized paper in my Painjet and cant get PenPal to print out text pages (multiple pages) correctly. My settings arent correct,as the screen page isnt fitted to the physical page. I am using the "International Page 8.5*12.00 inch" setting as the custom one wont accept higher page sizes….any ideas. Thanks Laurie AKL NZ

The latest version of PenPal is V1.4, if you send your disk in and enought moula for return postage (hold on a sec…drat, couldn't findd a FedEx chart) that should cover it. Can you send a SAFE (self-addressed FedEx) in the original envelope? Anyway, send you're original PenPal program disk and FedEx account #, we could turn it around the day it comes in.

OK, I will send the Origonal disk over to you tomorrow by FEDEX and will ask to have a "SAFE" enclosed. The return gets charged to my FEDEX account. Thanks very much, I have been able to do the same with CanDo (ref Murray Martin Inovatronics ) successfully. PS if possible please check that rtn disk is OK and not damaged as one of the CanDo ones was. Tommorrow is Wed 4th Dec here so I guess you should get it by about Friday 6th Dec. Again thanks very much. Laurie Carroll AKL NZ

I have another question – HOW can I get PenPal to STOP sending an extra page to my laser printer!?!?!? I have a TI MicroLaser, using the HP emulation and PP 1.4, everytime I print something a blank sheet feeds after each printed sheet. This is a irritant because then I have to sort the printed and blank sheets!

On the HP, set the page height to 747 pixels. and choose "Auto Feed" somewhere in Pen Pal's preferences. I'm not too familiar with PP, but I think that should work.
